Office Pulse is a puzzle game in which players trace fixed paper-to-data paths across an office grid. This support page explains how users can get help, report issues, restore purchases, and resolve common problems.

Recommended response target:

  • general inquiries: within 3 to 5 business days
  • critical issues affecting purchases or app access: within 1 to 2 business days

  • guidance on restoring an eligible purchase through Apple

We cannot directly process:

  • Apple ID account issues
  • App Store billing disputes handled solely by Apple
  • refund decisions controlled by Apple
  • device-level iOS issues unrelated to the app itself

4. How To Report a Problem

To help us investigate quickly, include as much of the following as possible:

  • your device model
  • your iOS version
  • the Office Pulse app version
  • a short description of what happened
  • steps to reproduce the issue
  • whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes
  • screenshots or screen recordings, if available
  • whether the problem happened before or after a purchase, ad display, or sharing action

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to resolve a support request.

5. Common Troubleshooting

The app does not open or closes unexpectedly

Try the following:

  1. Force-close the app and open it again.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Make sure you are running the latest app version.
  4. Make sure iOS is up to date.
  5. Reinstall the app if the issue persists.

Important:

  • reinstalling the app may remove locally stored progress or settings if they are not backed up by the system

My progress or settings look wrong

Office Pulse currently stores gameplay-related data locally on the device, such as:

  • progress
  • settings
  • level statistics
  • local monetization flags used by the app

If local app data is removed by reinstalling, clearing app data, restoring a device, using a new device, or certain system cleanup actions, that data may no longer be available.

Sound or vibration does not work

Please check:

  • the in-app sound and music settings
  • your device mute or silent mode
  • your device volume
  • system haptics settings
  • whether Low Power Mode or device restrictions affect playback or haptics

Ads appear too often

If you purchased the ad-free entitlement and ads still appear:

  1. Confirm that you are using the same Apple account that made the purchase.
  2. Restore purchases, if applicable.
  3. Restart the app.
  4. Contact support if the problem continues.

I bought ad-free but it is not active

Please try:

  1. Restart the app.
  2. Use any restore-purchase option provided in the app, if available.
  3. Confirm the purchase was made on the correct Apple account.
  4. Contact support with the approximate purchase date, device model, and app version.

Please note that purchase processing, billing, and refund workflows are handled by Apple according to Apple Media Services terms and App Store policies.

6. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

If Office Pulse offers an in-app purchase to remove ads or unlock functionality:

  • digital feature unlocks on iOS must be purchased using Apple's in-app purchase system
  • Apple processes billing and payment credentials
  • we do not receive your full payment card details
  • refund requests are typically managed through Apple

For refunds or billing disputes, users should contact Apple Support or use Apple's report-a-problem tools where available.
